Crate Symbol

I've noticed that on a select few items on the market, there is a small crate symbol next to it. Could someone please tell me what it is?

That means you can craft that item usually through the workshop (ex. Rustic Well), but sometimes other things like loveshack (Alicorn, Valentine's Buildings) or magic forge (Manticore and Dragon).
