Transferring game from old iPod touch to a new iPhone

Hi, I would just like to know how can I transfer my old game from my iPod touch to my iPhone? I already restored the data from my iPod touch and all my apps/games seems ok but when I opened "Bakery Story" it started to a new game... Please help me. Thanks
