Help... new iphone... no Dragon story

Dear Team Lava,

I've bought the new Iphone... I've done the back up with Itunes... but the Dragon Story installed in my new Iphone.. has started with the level 1!!! In my hold Iphone I'm at the level 115... I don't want loose my data and level! I can get the same level (without starting again from zero) to my new Iphone? Thank you for you help! (I have the same problem with Jewel mania).

If you haven't created a new ID you can follow the steps in this thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?54910-ID-Transfer-Storm8-Method) to do the transfer yourself. If you have created a new ID or don't feel confident, you can email support@teamlava.com. Please note that this can take 3-5 business days.
