why doesn't RS keep the last recipe selection?

BS & RS do the same thing - they don't always keep the last recipe selection. This is really annoying when I have 10 appliances and have to hit the next page 8 times to get to the recipe I'm baking. Boysenberry pie is a good example of this, it's 8 clicks - 1 to get to the Desserts and then 7 more to get to the page the pie is on.

Sometimes BS & RS do keep the selection but most of the time they don't. I'm on an iPad 1 - is that the issue?

Are you using the most up to date version of the games? Bakery (regular) is 1.6.8, Restaurant (regular) is also 1.6.8.

yes, and it's happened to me since I started playing a couple of years ago, not something recent.

Does no one else have this issue?

Have you tried just scrolling over to the recipe? Not using the tabs?

I've noticed if I use the tabs, it sometimes resets, but if I scroll, it stays. The first scroll through is long, but then it's fine :)
