Water drop icon?

I see some users show a water drops icon in their comments, how do you make those?

On any Apple device, you can either download an Emoji app or if you have a more recent iOS version (I think minimum 5.0), you can activate it on your keyboard. Go to Settings, General, Keyboard, Keyboard (again), Add New Keyboard, then select Emoji from the list.

Ya I figured it was an apple thing, I'm using a droid

I just wish I had whatever font half the people visiting my farm use; all I get are these little boxes in place of letters from so many people... if that's even what the problem is.

After the last update on my phone do Android 4.1.2 I can finally see the emoticons as well, but couldn't see them before. Well but I still cannot post them, all I get is also just ugly boxes, but at least I can enjoy seeing them.
