I have the item on my stove list but every time I try to get it it tells me that I need to build it from nuts and bolts and to complete it with some help from friends. How do I find out how many nuts and bolts I need and how do I ask friends to send me this stuff? Usually with build stuff you put it on your floor and from there you ask friends for the items but this won't even let me put it on my floor even though I had the coins to purchase it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try tapping higher up when you try to purchase the oven. When you Tap the bottom right corner, you get that message you said but you shouldn't if you tap higher up.
