My person at the cash register isnt there, what happened!? The people are getting 'heartbroken' and I do nk know what to do! Pleeeaaasseeee Help!

You have a chair in front of the register ;)

Move it to another side, and it will be fine.

Actually, I might recommend removing that table and chair - it's blocking about 3/4 of the other chairs and tables.
