Game isn't letting me purchase 1400 gold

I'm not sure if someone posted about this but, when I try to purchase 1400 gold the game tells me it's considered too high risk. When I tried to purchase 120 gold it worked. Is there anything I can do to make it let me purchase 1400?

Is there a price limit on the account you are trying to purchase from?

Too high risk? Are you on android or iOS? Does your phone have parental controls on it? When I tried to purchase 1400 gold a few days ago, my phone said I couldn't make in app purchases. Which is stupid because I'd just gotten gems a week before that.

I called google and they tried to help me. Turns out my bank had a block on the purchase for a potential fraud violation. They removed the block and I purchased my 1400 gold. Try your bank to see what's happening. Or just get a google play or iTunes card.

That may be your best bet.

It does sound like parental controls or could be your bank as 081702 mentioned.

Ok, now my bank is telling me 49.99 is taken from my account and authorized but I havent gotten the gold -_-;

You'll have to show a screenshot of the transaction from the bank and also the transaction from your Google Play account and email both to TL support.
Don't forget to mention the details like your ID, game and name/place name
