Give an inactive neighbor the boot? ("unfriend" them)

On the social menu, neighbors tab, theres an EDIT button, hit that and the list becomes editable, go to the unwanted nbr and delete

That works if they are my neighbour's only. What about those that didn't respond at all to neighbor request?
I think TL should provide a way to delete those as well, eh?
