Transfer my bakery story to new cell phone

I just bought a new cell phone and want to know how I can transfer my Bakery Story game to new cell phone. Please help.

This thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?39878-Transferring-Teamlava-games-to-a-new-device) tells you everything. You have to do it through a Storm8 game, and that will transfer all TL games too. :)
