lost/missing inventory

I am on android. I closed shop for a few days to stock up. Every rack and table had lots of stock. I reopen my shop and when I returned an hour later to restock. My entire enventory is gone!!! My customer rat8ng dropped to 87.

The game is not designed to have the door blocked. If you do block the door it can cause things like your inventory to disappear. As it is not part of the game support is unable to help in this situation.

Instead of blocking your door, you can block off a section of racks and counters (use floor decorations to do this) to build up stock.
