Traverse the Desert Sands- still not unlocked

I am at level 28, very close to level 29. On the spreadsheet I found on the forums it says its unlocked at level 25. I have unlocked Sabina and she is roaming around my kingdom as I thought maybe she had I had to finish that first. But that adventure still says locked by goal. What goal. What am I missing.

Haven't you received a goal called "Strictly ornamental"? In this goal you have to craft ornate beams and block, plus magic cement. This is the goal that unlocks the adventure.

You have to get the Strictly Ornamental Goal. See goal chain here (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?41844-Castle-story-Goals&p=613783&viewfull=1#post613783).
I'm not sure what triggers the goal. (I thought it got triggered automatically after you freed Sabina.)
