Did star rating change?

It seems like something about star rating changed in Bakery Story?? Has anyone experienced this? It seems like the last 2 days or so. I tip most all of my neighbors which takes so much time. My star rating goes down every day and doesn't remain 4 anymore.

I used to be a 4 before a fractured my wrist. When I was a 4 I'd do my late day tipping, than wake up to a 3 star. You have to tip enough times to do some sort of thing that would keep your rating a 4. I'm not familiar with it though.
