I want my old bakery back :-(

I uninstalled BS in December because I didn't have time to play it anymore. A few days ago I decided to start to play this again and I installed it back, but guess what, I had to start all over again. I'm really pissed off because now I'm stuck with this small 9 lvl bakery while my 87 lvl bakery still exists (I sent a neighbor request to my old bakery to see if it still exists). So what do I have to do to get it back? (I'm still using the same device, so I don't know if the transferring is possible)
I'm sorry if I made any mistakes, English isn't my first language.

The problem is that I don't have a new device :/

Hmm I wonder why it made you start over. Anyway, emailing support is all you can do...good luck!
