Overview of products and mastering

I miss a possibility to look at the different products, except the one when my cooking mashines are idle. Something in the way like i can do at farm story would be fine. It would be nice to be able to plan the next steps without an idle mashine. I also don't have any idea of the mastering rate of my products. I start some cooking and all information is unreachable.
