In the app the ads keep popping up, so i accidentally purchase 900 coins with 40 gems, how can i cancel this transaction as i did not intend to buy only 900 coins with 40 gems.

by the way, the ads are just so annoying, always pressed the button on the ad instead of wt i originally wanted to press.

I'm sorry to hear that happened. Please put in a support ticket ( support@storm8.com ). Explain to them what happened, and make sure to include your Storm8 ID or Support ID. They will look into this for you.
