Pack purchase doesn't download

I purchased the starter pack on special ( dragon, gold & food) but it won't download. I've restarted the game but after it asks for my iTunes log-in it just flags up 'progress' on the quests book and doesn't give me dragon, food or gold.

What else can I do?

It was a starter pack with a parakeet dragon. I'm prompted to log in when I open the game - have logged in but it doesn't do anything.
