Game Transfer

I play dragon story as well as bakery and pet shop story. But I changed carriers 2 days ago and now I can't figure out how to transfer my games to my new phone with out starting completely over. Can someone please help me?? I emailed teamlava twice and they haven't emailed me back.

Did you set a storm ID on your new acct? If you did you have to wait for TL.. If not you can transfer it by download racing live play that game to lvl 2. After that click on home, click setting, click storm8, click transfer to new acct and then put in your storm ID and pass word to transfer..
