Can't Delete

I need to delete a neighbor who has a zero rating. He is the first one in the list of neighbors on my Social page. I have tried several times to delete him, but he won't go. I have deleted others without any problems. Can you tell me how to get rid of this first neighbor on the list? I have tried shutting down my iPad.

Are you referring to Stormie? This is a virtual neighbor which has been added to everyone's game. He cannot be deleted as a neighbor, but you can visit him and receive parts through requests.

Stormie rocks, you don't want to delete him. Star rating really doesn't mean much.

He is shy so you can't post on his wall
When you send out requests he will accept them
But not right away
It might take a few days
You can't delete stormie

Stormie's wall has to be programmed to auto-clear, just like his tips, or else he'd overload, because he has hundreds of thousands of neighbors in all the games he's on. That number is just a wild guess, I really have no idea how many people play these games, but however many do, they're all Stormie's neighbors. Responding to requests is all his system can handle, and he stays at the top of your nbr list because he just gets to be special like that. :p
