Is there a way to get rid of excess gifts (non food items)? I can't receive any more gifts because its full

Your neighbors are getting the 'full' message because you've already accepted your 20 gifts for the day. They can send more at reset, which happens at midnight Pacific time. Your inventory, however, can hold over 30k of each item, so don't worry about that filling up. There's no way to get rid of those items though, other than to build with them. These (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?17858-Bakery-Story-Recipe-Inventory-and-Chart!!) are the appliances you can build with all those parts.
