cookbook items missing again!

Hi. I enjoy bakery story but am frustrated as all get out! Maybe twice I have gotten a full cookbook. I want the entire thing to work so I can level.up these items! Please help??? Thank you!

For the regular oven there are tabs on the top for All recipes, Cakes, Pies, Breads, and I can't recall the rest. If you tap on the Cakes tab, you'll get only the cakes. If you want to see all the recipes, tap on the All tab.
