Where to find sword Excalibum

I cannot figure out how to make or buy the Excalibum sword required to expand my kingdom.

You craft it in the magic forge after you got the goal to craft it.

It needs to be made in the magic forge as a goal. But I forgot what trigger the goal. Something to do with Thurton who will pop out saying you need that to **** the troll king. Probably after building his fort but can't be sure.
