Whats problem with dragon story?

I cant go into dragon story, I am using iPhone 4, when I open it, it say attention dragon story is a online games , but I can go in the Valentine's Day version, i don't know is the game or my phone wrong, I have try to delete it and dl again, still can't open

On the regular dragon game, make sure you update to the current version 1.5

Also on your iPhone check under your settings and make sure you have the most current IOS (software version).

She already reinstall it, I'm sure she already has the most updated version
