Complete Levels & Don't Get Stars!

I dont get stars when i complete levels, or it just keeps giving me the same one star over and over. This has happened smany times and the game still doesn't acknowledge ive completed the level, so I can't move forward. I've tried updating the game, and even removing it completely and reloading it with the same results. This happens on many levels. What should I do?

That's awful! Have you contacted support? (support@teamlava.com) Make sure you give them all your details (device, op system version, level you're having trouble with, screenshots--if you have 'em, solutions you've tried so far, etc.) You might also want check out and post at the JM Bug Reports (http://forums.storm8.com/forumdisplay.php?118-Jewel-Mania-Feedback-and-Bug-Reports) thread. I took a quick look and seems like others are having similar issues. I've had to redo levels before, when JM didn't recognize my progress. But usually a reboot and/or reinstall fixes things...
