Cannot purchase gems.

I quite simply cannot purchase gems. I tap the gem at the top, a window appears with nothing on it but a line down the middle running vertically. No gem purchase options. I'm on an iPod 5 running iOS 6.1.3. Thanks for any assistance!

I was able to solve the problem by reinstalling the app. I saved the plist files because I thought it was going to start a new restaurant from scratch but when I opened it, to my surprise my restaurant was still there and I can now purchase gems.

Oh I am glad this is fixed.
Whenever you have issues on game, always try restarting your device. :)
