Restaurant story-"constructable parts" what are they for?

I don't understand why people keep sending me 'parts' in Restaurant Story. I can't seem to use them for anything and they just sit there in my gift box. I can't sell them either. Is there a goal that I am missing? Currently I am level 30. Also, my only other games I play are Dragon Story, bingo, and slots. Any help is appreciated!

i agree. i am at level 50 and would like to know how to build appliances and other things with these constructible parts, but I don't know how to use them or ask for them. They just sit in my gift box also.

This thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?18009-Restaurant-Recipe-Inventory-amp-Chart-!!) shows you all the appliances you can build and which parts they need. Every new recipe you get with them gets you two gems once mastered too. That's why parts are good. ;)

When you enter design mode, find the little stove among the icons at the bottom, and just start scrolling. Pick one, place it, and exit design mode. Then tap the box twice to get the screen you need to send out requests to get any parts you still need to complete construction.

This page (http://supremedynasty.com/tl/restaurant_recipes_all.html) will help you choose which ones you want to build, they come with different numbers of recipes with different cook times, prices, etc.
