I can't do anything

I went to my friends boutique and I Went to mine. When I got there it went into design mode(remove/add items) without the exit bar. I tried uninstaling and force closing open apps, which I cannot do. I'm seriously out of ideas.

When you go into the game and if it opens your newsfeed immediately visit someone and then go back to your store. This worked for me with a similar issue.
