How do i complete the "collectibles" section?

For instance..on Chef Implements..I have just the last one (a baker's top) that has not received any "points" yet. How do I get them?

On Baking Goodness...no points for the knife yet.

On Yummy Ingredients....no points for the salt shaker yet.
