Gift giving limit

Is there a daily limit as to how many gifts you can give? I have 500 neighbors and wanted to give each one a gift, but after about 50 it will not allow me to give more gifts. What's the deal. You should be able to gift to every neighbor once a day. This game is getting to expensive may consider deleting it.

I see where you are coming from but would you really want 500 gifts everyday? you wouldn't know what to do with all that. My storage is so packed with things I have no use for and I cannot sell any of it. I ignore every gift I get and do not gift, only send and receive requests from neighbors. If selling construction items was available then maybe a gift every day would be plausible but until then I understand why they have set a limit.
