Wizard School or Royal Manor

Thanks to the word search game, I have enough jewels for either the wizard school or royal manor - currently have 209 jewels.

I'm at level 28 with 2526 royal points and need 2900 RP for the girl with the long hair challenge.

If I get the royal manor, I'll get another 150RP - still not enough for that challenge, but wizard school gives 0 RP.

If there a goal that I should wait for that requires me to buy either one?

Or do I just buy wizard school now and avoid the dreaded gem trap?

Wizard school. Manor is useless. RP can be achieved easily.

Yeah. Wizard School and it's not close. I wouldn't say the manor is useless. It's pretty easy to upgrade it a few times and make it a pretty decent coin building. That said, I would get 2 wizard schools and at least 2 of each fruit tree before looking at the manor.
