Has Teamlava replaced anyone's items that have disappeared?

Has anyone managed to get an item that has disappeared replaced by TL? Just placed the Tinker camp in my kingdom and it instantly disappeared.

Replace items.....I don't think so!! Despite sending two e mails, a week apart, on this very subject I am still waiting for my turn. TeamLava sent an e mail to say they were aware of my problem and placed me in the queue.....that.....I'm afraid.... Was January!! Heard absolutely nothing since so my advice is .....DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH!!

As I mentioned in your other thread (http://forums.storm8.com/showthread.php?53688-Outraged!!!!!!) this is a support issue and may take a couple of business days.
