Breeding den won't breed

Hi there, for some reason my breeding den will not breed. I can select my dragons and I hit breed but nothing happens, if I close out the game and return, the dragons are back in their habitats. It only started today but I have that diamond thingy with only 5 days left and today has been wasted.

Any help would be appreciated.
