Sell item in Farm Story

Hi I tried to sell 2 lot of grapes & 4 tulips, when i tap Sell to confirm, the land disappear but no coins gain ?
I follow th instruction in HELP/FAQ, what does " to confirm./dd "means ?

You don't get anything for selling plots, even if something is planted there.
