Artesian pass

A dialog pop up mentioned the artesian pass. I skipped the dialog and now I don't know what to do,.Dum dumb!!!

Check your inventory for the artsesian Trials and tribute badge. You may just have received it

I have it..a thought you received a quest/ goal with it. BTW...what is difference in quest and goal?

We receive Goals and

a quest is what you have to do to achieve the goal.
