How many gifts can I receive per day from my neighbors?

If I reject something I don't want, like brownies, does it still count against my daily limit?

You can receive 20 gifts per day and send 20 requests per day.

Declining gifts should allow more gifts to come through until you receive your total of 20; only in some rare cases does the system count these unwanted gifts.

You may or may not get a replacement. Depends on your neighbors and when they typically send gifts. If it's early in the day, you're probably pretty likely to get some replacements if you decline, but not so much later in the day. That's why it irritates me so much to get gifts I don't like. Even with over 50 neighbors in every game, by late afternoon, declining a bad gift means I probably won't get another in its place. So now I just delete neighbors that send gifts I don't want (of course that info is posted on my wall at all times, so it shouldn't be a surprise).

What I do, I accept EVERYTHING BUT unneeded parts. Even croissants could help when you're bankrupt. Not much, but a bit.
