Can dragons be evolved above lvl 10? If so, how?

I have read on some sites that you can evolve your dragons above a level 10, which seems only fair since the dragons you typically try to battle are higher than level 10. I'm playing the original DS iOS version and all of my dragons say Max Level at 10. Do I need to play a different version? If not, how do you go about evolving them beyond level 10?

No, you can't. Level 10 is Max

No and I don't even want to think about how much food would be needed to do so.

No, lv 10 is the highest. If you view ur dragon, the feeding button will be gone, and the evolve button will be gone too, since u obvi cant feed it. It will also display Max Level there too.
