cash register blocked

Does anyone here have ideas why my cash register is blocked? No more coins add to my account due to this issue? How am I going to keep on playing if this problem will not be resolved. Thanks!

Make sure there's a pathway to and from the cash register. Move counters/racks/furniture and such, so customers can reach the register. Make sure your boutique is not too crowded that it blocks the register. It's that simple.

It happened to me when i started playing. I placed the cash register very close to the wall so that the cashier had no place. Make sure it is placed properly.
