Value Pack Glitch

I don't know if this should be posted here or not however I bought the recent value pack and never received my hunter dragon. I don't know where to post a support ticket, if someone could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated. If this is the right place to be posting this I hope I can get some help please. Has anyone else had any problems with this?
