keeps freezing everytime i touch something in the game

everytime i open pet shop story and touch anything in the game it freezes. i haven't even got to play the game. i need to play it so that i could get gems for fashion story, but it keeps freezing. I have a motorolla defy xt 557.

Been playing, losing merchandise because it cant be placed!. Now at level 98 and have yet to see LAVA GAMES do a single thing to fix this issue.
