*****ed out of getting jewels from jeweler

I tapped to collect my jewels from the jeweler and the game stared syncing at the same time. Needless to say, when I checked my inventory I didn't get my jewels. Has this ever napped to anyone else when collecting? I've only collected twice from it and don't remember how many jewels it gave out. Boo hoo!

You don't get jewels from it every time. I've had 1, 0 and 3 jewels I think

I wish jeweler will drop silver ores too. I don't really need jewels. I need silver. Oh would that require a silversmith? :p
