Why don't I have picture/clock tab

I don't have picture tab. I see others with windows and pictures and clocks, but my tab is missing. I've purchased a good quantity of gems but don't plan on buying anymore if I can't get that tab.

Really, is it that hard to figure out? Obviously there is a NEW VERSION of the game out. Go to iTunes and download it!
