how do i transfer my old bakery onto my new phone?

I got a new phone and I can no longer access my old bakery on my old phone, I've heard you can transfer your old bakery onto your new phone, how do I go about this? Please help, I miss my neighbours :(

ou can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
