Income rate cap who knows?

Hey all, was wondering if anyone knew what the income rate cap is, as in, how many tables with chairs do I need to achieve this, instead of having around 70 and actually start designing my restaurant.

you need counters and different dishes to make money, not tables and chairs. it sells some amount off every occupied counter. it's very hard to reach the cap if it ever exists.. there's enough tables and chairs if you have 100 happiness (about 20 would do).
