What Water-Dragon is this?

While visiting my neighbors I noticed a Dragon in a water habitat I have Never Seen before. It looks like a Dolphin-Dragon?

It's the Hammerhead Dragon. You got it from the Spinning Wheel, but for some reason it was never in the market or album.
