Replacement iPad

I have to order a replacement iPad. Mine took a nasty spill. Will I be able to access my current/now previous game on a new device?
I've searched through the forums, I can't find it.

You can email support@teamlava.com (support@teamlava.com) and they can transfer your games.

You can also transfer yourself:

If you have already set up a new storm ID on your new device, you will not be able to transfer yourself.
