golden trade problem

I started a golden trade today and i received only 2 (two) gems
I'm sure i did not speed things up and I read the text which said +2 Gems
the game had hanged as soon as i clicked to collect frm the exchange and when it got stabled , i got two gems
i had 182 gems now have 184
what do i do????
