Issue with completing buildings

i'm having issues completing a building. It says that I have everything needed to build, but the build button doesn't highlight, only the "buy all for 60 gems" button is highlighted. Any suggestions?

It happened me, too, and I was very confused. But you will see that you have different requirements for the same building time to time if you check it later on. In other words, the building will show two different version of requirement. I don't know what's wrong, but it happens. Anyway, only one of them is the REAL one, so you have to follow that one. Usually the harder one is the real one. Keep checking on it.

Close and restart your game. It should reset the requirements.
