What unlocks Alicorn

I have done most everything in the VD goals except for the banner and buying animals with gems and Alicorn is still locked. Ive sent knights several times to dispel the love magic and I've got all the trees and plants. All the plants are in inventory and a couple of trees are in the kingdom. I havent found the horn or wing yet. Any ideas?

The Horn and Wing are rare drops from Adventures. Once you find one of each, the Alicorn unlocks.

I have the horn. Are you saying I need BOTH the horn and wing before it unlocks?
