Nether Portal

In the decor tab of the market it is showing nether portal but is shaded out and says GOAL. I'm up to date on all my goals but this is still showing. Does anyone know what goal it applies to? My album says 120/120 so I'm not sure where this comes in at since all the goals have been met.

It's an old goal from last years Olympics. Related to the athletic dragon.

Baraze is correct. The goal is now expired, so currently there is no option to unlock this.
