Free gems?

Hi, two weeks ago my girlfriend and her brother playing restaurant story with samsung galaxy s2 here in Spain, every day have a notice to the right of the screen to see some videos of ads they see and they earn a gem free. I have a nexus 4 with android and I do not get this promotion. Why? thanks
